Running hurts so good. As runners, we are willing to put up with a little pain as it makes us tougher, stronger. Pain gives us the strength to push though to a new PR, to run a little faster, to challenge our bodies and our minds to work harder. A little pain is worth the satisfaction of success. Running hurts so good.

Does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I get in the zone at work and I need to force myself to shut down and go for a quick run. It is amazing how refreshed and energetic I feel afterwards. Always worth it!

i love the fact that my legs are more toned than some of the guys out there who only do bicep curls and bench presses to look pretty in their muscle shirts but have skinny chicken legs.hahaha
